How to shop at gate.shop?

Choose the desired category and product type. Browse products that you are interested in. To choose the correct size, you can use the "size guide", where the exact dimensions of each particular item can be found.

Select the item and put it in the shopping basket. You can then continue shopping or proceed with the order. To complete the order, we recommend that you create an account. Signing up at gate.shop has many advantages, such as: you will have your address and billing information saved for later use, you will see an overview of all your orders, you can track your dispatched orders, or you can easily create a refund or a claim.


What are the payment options?

Payment can be made by credit card or by cash on delivery. We accept Mastercard and Visa.

When you confirm a credit card payment, the cost is immediately blocked on your account and the order confirmation is sent to your email. We will only debit your card after the order has been dispatched.

If we are unable to send you any of the items you have ordered, we will not debit the cost from your account.

Payments to gate.shop are safe. Data is transmitted in an encrypted SSL form. For credit and debit card payments, you must enter a Card Verification Value (CVV), a code located on the back of your card that serves as a security measure when conducting e-commerce transactions.


How long does the shipment take and how much does it cost?

Products are usually shipped within 2-4 business days, shipping costs are 98 CZK. In the case of cash on delivery payment, a fee of 28 CZK is charged.

Orders over 1000 CZK are delivered free of charge by courier service.


Where is my order?

We will send an order dispatch confirmation to your e-mail. You will receive a confirmation including a tracking link for each package sent.

You can also easily track your order in order details in your customer account.

If the courier does not reach you, he will leave a notification after the first delivery attempt and will try to contact you in order to set a new delivery date. You can also contact the courier when you receive this notification. After the second failed attempt, your order will be returned to gate.shop.


Can I cancel my order?

If you have made the purchase as a registered customer, you can, after logging into your account, cancel the order before it is shipped from our warehouse. It is not possible to cancel the order after it has been dispatched.


How can I return the goods? When will I receive my money back?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the goods within 30 days of receiving your order.

Online return is easy. Book a date for the courier to come. Fill out the online form available on your account or at gate.shop to order a courier service. Pack the goods, you can use the original packaging. You do not need to print any label on for the package, the GLS courier will provide it. In case of a return by courier, a fee of 98 CZK will be deducted from your refund.

When you return any goods, we will refund the relevant amount to your original payment method, minus the delivery fee. If the payment was made by a credit/debit card, we will refund the amount to your bank account. In the case of cash on delivery, we will refund the amount to a bank account provided by you in the IBAN format.

If you choose to use other delivery option than GLS courier service, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods. Pack the goods, attach a copy of the proof of purchase and filled in contract withdrawal form, and send to:
