Item ok, but not the packaging

I ordered two as a gift but one was broken. I opened a ticket but decided not to return in, as the mailing would have cost more than the actual item. Ordered one more instead, it came broken as well. Wrote to the customer service who instantly contacted me, reviewed the issue and transferred the money back in a week. Since I needed two items in good condition, I wanted to order one more, but the item was not available on the portal anymore. I would suggest to pay more attention on the packaging, because issues like that could have been easily avoided with a little extra care. I ended up having only one item and I lost money and time on this whole story. Otherwise the quality of the item was okay, the bad rating is because of the lack of attention and packaging... (but the customer service was excellent, thank you. )
