Produsul este Neconform, marimea este Gresita! Nu corespunde marimii XL, este mult mai mic. Conform prevederilor Legislatiei in vigoare Legea 449/2003 cu midificarile ulterioare Vanzatorul este obligat pe cheltuiala lui sa aduca produsul la conformitate. Asadar Returul produsului neconform se face pe cheltuiala Vanzatorului.
